Responsibilities:

📍Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth and increase user base. 📍Serve as the expert on user growth, analysing data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. 📍Plan and execute growth campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, and social media. 📍Implement referral programs to incentivize existing users to refer new users to the platform. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user journey and enhance user experience. 📍Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards user acquisition goals. 📍Knowledge of Adobe suites and other AI tools to create campaign 📍Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and user acquisition. 📍Utilize growth hacking techniques to maximize the reach and impact of social media campaigns. 📍Experiment with new ideas and strategies to continuously improve user acquisition and retention rates. 📍Provide regular reports and updates on growth initiatives to stakeholders.

Requirements:

📍Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 📍2+ yrs of experience in similar role 📍Proven experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or a similar role. 📍Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 📍Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 📍Experience with growth hacking techniques and social media marketing strategies. 📍Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 📍Results-oriented mind-set with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. 📍Familiarity with cryptocurrency and block chain technology is a plus. 📍Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms for tracking and reporting.
