Key Responsibilities:

📍Strategic Leadership: Drive multiple strategic initiatives from scoping to implementation, aligning with Uniswap Labs' goals and broader company strategy 📍Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of coordination, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams and executives. Soliciting and appreciating different perspectives especially when those opinions are counter to their own 📍Data-Driven Insights: Conduct advanced data analyses merging on- and off-chain data to uncover key insights about business performance and strategic opportunities. 📍Revenue Modeling: Work closely with the FP&A team to own the company’s revenue model, keeping it updated with knowledge of key revenue drivers and new revenue streams to produce growth insights. 📍Communication: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, delivering insights in a clear, actionable, and impactful manner. 📍Execution Excellence: Partner with teams to operationalize strategic initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

📍8+ years of experience, or 6+ years of experience and an MBA, including: 📍3+ years of strategic experience, preferably at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or similar. 📍2+ years of operating experience at a business operations role in an operating company is preferred. 📍Proficient in programmatic data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python), from exploration to insight to communication. 📍Exceptional communication skills at both the executive and peer cross-functional level 📍Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
