Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šStrategic Growth & Business Leadership šDefine, own, and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy for both game development and metaverse solutions. šBuild the vertical into a revenue-driving business unit, contributing to Antierās broader strategic objectives. šdentify and develop new service lines and monetization opportunities within gaming, virtual worlds, avatars, NFT-based games, and social metaverses. šEstablish strategic partnerships with gaming studios, publishers, IP owners, platforms, and Web3 protocols to fuel expansion.
What Youāll Bring
šA minimum of 7 years of experience, with 5+ years in gaming, metaverse, Web3, or immersive experience domains. šProven experience in business growth, strategy consulting, sales enablement, or product ownership in gaming or related industries. šSolid understanding of game development lifecycles, game engines (Unity, Unreal), live ops, monetization, and game publishing models. šExperience in Web3 gaming, NFT integration, digital ownership models, or metaverse development is a strong plus. šAbility to bridge business, technology, and creativity in client and internal conversations. šExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. šDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver on revenue and project KPIs.
