Job Summary
What you will be doing:
šResearch for potential clients to build a database of leads. šProvide impressive client onboarding journey and high-quality service and product information to customers to satisfy their changing financial needs. šInteract with customers through various channels such as phone call, emails, live chat to address to customer enquiries on timely and accurate manner. šExplore business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships by sharing our product training. šPresent up-to-date markets insights to our prestigious clients. šAnalyse the financial needs of a diverse range of customers from mass-market to high-net-worth segments, both locally and internationally. šPerform in accordance with key performance metrics and contribute as a strong team player.
Requirements
What do you need: š1 to 3 years of experience in sales and/or business development for Forex/ Financial industry. šDiploma/ High Diploma/ associate or bachelorās Degree holder of business-related discipline. šFluent in verbal & written both English and Chinese, native Mandarin speaker or well understand China market will be an advantage. šPassion in acquiring new business knowledge in fast-paced environment. šSelf-starter and fast learner šAble to multi-task, fast learner, good follow through, problem solving skill, good comprehension, customer relations and proactive mindset. šFresh graduate can be considered as Trainee. IANG visa holders are welcomed.
