Responsibilities

📍Data Collection and Validation: Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate data from multiple sources. Ensure data accuracy and completeness by implementing validation checks and data quality standards. 📍Data Maintenance and Cleanup: Regularly update and maintain databases to reflect the most current information. Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors. 📍Data Integration: Work on data integration projects, including data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes. Collaborate with Tech teams to implement data integration solutions. 📍Data Governance: Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, processes, and data lineage.

Requirements

📍Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or related field 📍Experience in working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize work 📍2+ years of experience with SQL 📍2+ years of experience in one of the following or related roles - Technical Project Management/ Data Analytics 📍Experience in ETL and data warehousing 📍Detail-oriented and good business sense 📍Experience of FinTech startups or financial institutions is a plus 📍Experience in data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, is a plus
