Responsibilities:

📍Assist in alerts adjudication and customer reviews by conducting OSINT, gathering data, and performing various research activities. 📍Support the team in assessing customer transaction activity to identify potential risks. 📍Document findings and prepare reports for escalation to the MLRO and relevant teams. 📍Conduct basic risk assessments on new and existing customers. 📍Learn and provide support on sanctions compliance and related processes. 📍Assist in managing sanctions-related escalations under the guidance of senior team members. 📍Support ongoing assessments, compliance reviews, and ad hoc reviews as assigned. 📍Assist in preparing materials for internal training and actively participate in internal and external training programs related to sanctions.

Requirements:

📍Major in Law, Economics, Social Science, or Business Administration. 📍Knowledge of financial crime compliance or law is preferred. 📍Strong reading comprehension skills with the ability to understand complex subjects. 📍Data-driven with excellent attention to detail. 📍Ability to work independently across functional and geographic boundaries. 📍Demonstrates learning agility with a critical thinking, inquisitive, and innovative mindset. 📍Eager to expand knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency. 📍Good understanding of sanctions regulations is a plus.
