About the role:

Binance is looking for a passionate intern to join the Performance Engineering Team and help pioneer the intersection of AI and Performance Engineering. This isn't a typical internship — you'll be at the forefront of applying cutting-edge AI technologies to solve real-world performance challenges in large-scale distributed systems.

Responsibilities:

📍Build Your Foundation: Start with hands-on performance testing and tuning tasks, master the fundamentals before innovating. 📍AI-Powered Performance Testing: Design and implement intelligent test strategies using LLMs, ML models, and AI agents to automate and enhance performance testing workflows. 📍Intelligent Performance Analysis: Build AI-driven tools that can automatically detect anomalies, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights from complex performance data. 📍Innovation & Research: Explore and experiment with the latest AI technologies and evaluate their potential in performance engineering. 📍Real Impact: Your work will directly influence how we ensure system reliability and performance for millions of users.

Requirements:

📍Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 📍Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning concepts). 📍Programming experience in Java/Python/Golang. 📍Curiosity and passion for exploring new AI technologies. 📍Strong problem-solving skills and self-driven attitude.

Nice-to-have: 📍Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot ecosystem. 📍Basic understanding of performance testing concepts (load testing, profiling, metrics).
