Responsibilities

📍Support to develop the user growth strategy for advanced earn business including but not limited to user campaigns, product development and marketing plan. 📍Support to develop the user growth strategy for advanced earn business including but not limited to user campaigns, product development and marketing plan. 📍Initiate specific campaign and marketing proposals, and work closely with other internal teams (product team, data team and external partner) to deliver results. 📍Measure ROI of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance. 📍Copywriting and proof-reading content pieces, including announcement, social media, communications and so on. 📍Understand the dynamics of the industry, guide and enhance the user readership and following rate through content planning and other means.

Requirements

📍Had experience in developing marketing strategy in driving user growth, hands on experience in operations, community management. 📍Knowledge in finance and crypto industry is required, knowledge of user acquisition, lifecycle management is desirable. 📍User insight and modelling skills with strong business sense. 📍Basic knowledge about data analysis tools, proficiency using Excel/Sheets is a must. 📍Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the communities and partners. 📍Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with global teams and stakeholders. 📍Fully remote, open to candidates from different countries in Asia/Middle East time zone.
