Job Summary
This role will require you to:
šDevelop and implement marketing analytics frameworks to guide strategy across key channels (digital, paid, email). šBuild the analytics infrastructure, including dashboards and reporting tools, to enable real-time insights and empower teams with actionable data. šInfluence marketing strategies by providing deep insights into user behavior, campaign performance, and growth opportunities. šConduct in-depth cohort and channel analysis to identify trends and drive personalized marketing efforts. šCollaborate with product, growth, and engineering teams to align analytics with overarching business objectives. šEstablish best practices for data usage and champion a data-driven culture across the organization.
Requirements:
šProven experience in building analytics functions from scratch, ideally in fintech, Web3, gamedev or blockchain. šExpertise in tools like SQL, Python/R, Dune, or similar. šStrong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights. šExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, influencing decision-making at all levels.
