Your Role

📍Calculate and maintain accurate product costings (ingredients, packaging, logistics, depreciation, overhead) 📍Update input costs regularly, factoring in seasonality and market changes 📍Work closely with the production, procurement, and management teams 📍Help implement better tools and automation for costing and reporting 📍Support planning around margins and profitability 📍(Potentially) Grow into a Financial Manager role within the business

Requirements

📍Experience in food cost accounting — ideally in bakery, restaurant, or F&B manufacturing 📍Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is a plus 📍Detail-oriented, responsible, and systems-driven 📍Passion for product and process — someone who wants to build, not just maintain 📍Finance degree or background in financial management
