EDDASwap (EDDA) is a network of applications such as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and decentralized finance (DeFi) that have been developed on all leading blockchains, including Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain or BSC (a parallel chain that operates smart contracts on Binance exchange), and Polkadot. EDDASwap’s multichain decentralized exchange (DEX) seeks to allow users to trade crypto assets on various blockchains.

The network seeks to consist of the following platforms, each with different functions and features.

The network has EDDA as its native token. According to its litepaper, each platform in the EDDASwap ecosystem is designed to maximize the utility of EDDA tokens. The staking platform lets the users stake EDDA to receive rewards in EDDA tokens. The NFT platform seeks to provide exclusive and rare NFTs to the token holders. The platform aims to allow a share of the trading fee generated on DEX to obtain EDDA tokens from the open market and distribute them to those staking EDDA.

Mehul (Mike) Patel founded the EDDASwap network in June 2020. He serves as the CEO of the network. The other key members on the team are Viktor Shpak, who serves as CTO; James Tran as technical leader; Khoi Nguyen, Duy Nguyen, and Kai Le as full stack developers, and a few more experienced individuals. 

The platform has a fixed supply of 5,000 EDDA tokens.
