Accept bitcoin in just a few minutes with the Coinbase Commerce Payment Gateway for WooCommerce. Get up and running by following these simple steps:

To download and install the Coinbase Commerce Payment Gateway for WooCommerce, navigate to Plugins > Add New within your WordPress admin page.

Search for "Coinbase Commerce". You should see the Coinbase Commerce Payment Gateway for WooCommerce as a top result. Click on the Install Now button to install the plugin. Once it has been installed, click Activate:

After activating the plugin you'll need to Sign up for Coinbase Commerce and link your Coinbase Commerce account to your WooCommerce store.

To link your accounts, you'll need to take the following steps:

Create a new API key by navigating to the Security tab of the Settings page within Coinbase Commerce. There you will find an API Keys section. Click on Create an API Key to create a new API key that will be used to connect your WooCommerce store to your Coinbase Commerce account:

Copy the API key and enter it into the API key input box within the plugin page.

Create a Webhook Subscription within Coinbase Commerce by following these steps:

1. In Settings within Coinbase Commerce, scroll to the Webhook Subscriptions section

2. Click Add an endpoint and paste the URL from within your plugin settings page.

3. Click Show shared secret and copy the shared secret:

4. Paste the shared secret into the Webhook Shared Secret input within your plugin settings page.

That's it! Your customers are now able to checkout and pay with Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, DAI, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, or USD Coin.
