S&P Global Ratings has awarded OpenEden\u2019s BNY-managed TBILL Fund<\/a> an \u201cAA+f\u201d fund credit quality rating (FCQR) and an \u201cS1+\u201d fund volatility rating (FVR), both representing S&P\u2019s highest ratings for credit quality and stability.<\/p>\n

The recognition places OpenEden\u2019s TBILL Fund among the most institutionally trusted products in the tokenized Treasury market, reaffirming its ability to deliver regulated, yield-bearing exposure to U.S. Treasuries through blockchain infrastructure.<\/p>\n

Rated by Two of the World\u2019s Leading Agencies<\/h2>\n

The new rating follows the TBILL Fund\u2019s earlier \u201cA\u201d rating from Moody\u2019s<\/a>, making it the tokenized U.S. Treasuries fund to be rated by both S&P Global and Moody\u2019s, two of the world\u2019s leading credit agencies.<\/p>\n

S&P\u2019s \u201cAA+f\u201d rating highlights the fund\u2019s very strong capacity to meet its obligations and the high credit quality of its underlying short-dated U.S. Treasury securities. Its \u201cS1+\u201d volatility rating\u2014the highest on S&P\u2019s scale\u2014reflects extremely low sensitivity to market and interest rate movements.<\/p>\n

Together, these ratings establish the TBILL Fund as one of the most stable, transparent, and institutionally recognised instruments for tokenized fixed income exposure.<\/p>\n

Institutional Foundations with BNY<\/h2>\n

In August 2025, OpenEden<\/a> strengthened the TBILL Fund\u2019s institutional confidence through a collaboration with The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY)<\/a>, the world\u2019s largest custodian bank, with $52 trillion in assets under custody.<\/p>\n

Under this partnership, BNY holds the TBILL Fund\u2019s underlying assets in custody, while BNY Mellon Investment Management (BNY IM), a top-ten global asset manager with $2 trillion in AUM, serves as the fund\u2019s sole investment manager.
