This integration will link blockchain-based records with Dubai's traditional property ledger, creating a unified data system that supports digital and physical real estate transactions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1496\">The move would make real estate ownership more accessible through fractionalization, allowing individuals to invest in property with as little as AED 2,000 using the Prypco Mint platform.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1496\">Matt Ong, the CEO and Founder of Ctrl Alt, said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1496\">&#8220;We are proud to create the tokenization infrastructure that enables DLD\u2019s partners to offer fractional real estate to investors. Dubai\u2019s leadership in embracing next-generation financial technologies is truly world-class and this project is a powerful signal of what\u2019s to come.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Mahmoud AlBurai, a senior advisor at the Land Department, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/dr-mahmoud-alburai-2137267_3000-investors-joined-the-list-to-invest-activity-7331921948047835138-9fSv?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_ios&rcm=ACoAAC4NBEoB7DhIQTsVkDqRBVREP2zidRbqpfw\">revealed<\/a> that over 3,000 investors have already shown interest in the tokenization project. If projections hold, the project could drive $16 billion in real estate activity by 2033, accounting for 7% of Dubai's total property transactions.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1496\">XRPL gains ground<\/h2>\n<p>Dubai's decision reinforces <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/xrp-ledger-plans-game-changing-upgrades-for-institutional-defi\/\">XRPL's influence<\/a> in the tokenized asset space.<\/p>\n<p>XRPL was selected for its fast transaction speeds, minimal fees, and compatibility with the country's regulatory frameworks.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/companies\/ripple\/\">Ripple<\/a> has worked hard to position the XRPL network for institutional adoption.
