He reiterated the exchange\u2019s commitment to operating within the <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/india-reconsidering-its-crypto-policy-but-tightens-tax-rules\/\">country\u2019s regulatory framework<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"1154\">Coinbase\u2019s renewed push comes when digital assets are gaining popularity among Indian investors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"566\" data-end=\"908\">Besides that, the exchange pointed out that the Asian country has emerged as a global hub for on-chain development, with its share of blockchain developers surging from 3% in 2018 to 12% in 2023. It also holds the highest concentration of on-chain talent among emerging markets.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"566\" data-end=\"908\">Considering this, O\u2019Loghlen highlighted the strength of India\u2019s developer community but noted that many entrepreneurs have traditionally looked overseas to scale their projects.
