According to the sovereign fund's official website, this represents 0.14% of the $302 billion under its management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notably, reports surfaced during the Abu Dhabi Bitcoin Summit in November that Gulf Oil nations were investing in Bitcoin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/people\/changpeng-zhao\/\">Changpeng Zhao<\/a>, founder and former CEO of <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/companies\/binance\/\">Binance<\/a>,<\/span> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/cz_binance\/status\/1890450518763344016\">highlighted<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that the report concerns one of Abu Dhabi\u2019s many sovereign wealth funds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other relevant investment entities in its jurisdiction include the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), the Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company (ADQ), and the Emirates Investment Authority (EIA).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to their latest financial reports, these four sovereign wealth funds are estimated to manage $1.6 trillion collectively.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sina G., COO of 21st Capital,<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Sina_21st\/status\/1890448356582760585\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>said<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Abu Dhabi's move marks the start of the &#8220;nation-state Bitcoin adoption race.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moreover, the investment confirms Abu Dhabi\u2019s efforts to become a relevant jurisdiction in crypto. The capital of the United Arab Emirates<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/tethers-usdt-stablecoin-integrates-into-abu-dhabis-financial-ecosystem\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>recently integrated<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tether USD (USDT) stablecoin into its financial system and laid the ground for a<\/span> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/coinbase-taps-chainlink-to-boost-institutional-crypto-adoption-in-abu-dhabi\/\">joint effort<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from Coinbase and Chainlink to boost institutional adoption in the region.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Wisconsin doubles exposure<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meanwhile, the State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB) revealed increased exposure to Bitcoin via IBIT by nearly 110% compared to its second quarter 13F form.
