The <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/mica-goes-live-in-europe-as-the-crypto-regulatory-framework-starts-with-stablecoins\/\">stablecoin-related rules<\/a> are already in effect.<\/p>\n<p>It establishes clear rules for issuers, asset service providers, and stablecoin operators, aiming to eliminate regulatory fragmentation across the EU.
