For added convenience, it supports Apple Pay and Google Pay integration.<\/p>\n<p>Mercuryo emphasized that the card offers multi-chain support, allowing users to transact across networks such as <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/coins\/ethereum\/\">Ethereum<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/coins\/solana\/\">Solana<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/coins\/polkadot\/\">Polkadot<\/a>, Near, ZKsync, TON, and more. This flexibility enables users to purchase and pay using a variety of crypto.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Spend&#8221; card has some associated fees, including a \u20ac1.60 issuance fee, a \u20ac1 monthly maintenance charge, and a 0.95% withdrawal fee.<\/p>\n<h2>Crypto's expanding role<\/h2>\n<p>This development further reflects the growing influence of crypto in the global financial system.<\/p>\n<p>As one of the largest global payment processors, Mastercard serves nearly 1 billion customers in over 210 countries. Its collaboration with Mercuryo highlights its <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/mastercard-backs-fideum-groups-vision-to-merge-crypto-with-traditional-finance\/\">ongoing efforts<\/a> to merge traditional payments with the emerging digital asset infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>Mastercard <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/mastercard-launches-verified-p2p-transactions-aliases-via-crypto-credentials\/\">launched<\/a> the Crypto Credential system in May, designed to simplify and secure peer-to-peer crypto transactions.
