The company has won a slew of licenses and registrations, including a Major Payment Institution (MPI) license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore and a Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP) registration from France's Autorit\u00e9 des march\u00e9s financiers (AMF), contributing to its global credibility.<\/p>\n<h2>Binance withdrawals from the country.<\/h2>\n<p>Interestingly, this development comes just months after Binance, a leading crypto exchange, announced its <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/binance-withdraws-from-netherlands-following-vasp-license-snub\/\">withdrawal from the Dutch market<\/a> due to its failure to secure registration as a virtual asset service provider (VASP).<\/p>\n<p>Despite Binance's compliance with EU standards in France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Sweden, and Lithuania, the company failed to meet the regulatory requirements in the Netherlands, as <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/binance-ceo-says-netherlands-remains-progressive-despite-failure-to-secure-critical-license\/\">reported<\/a> in June 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Notably, the Netherlands ranks as the<a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/netherlands-ranked-as-most-crypto-curious-european-country\/\"> most crypto-curious European country<\/a> according to Dua Crypto's European Crypto Index. Over 2 million search queries reveal a significant interest in cryptocurrencies among the Dutch population.
