Just way too sketchy.&#8221;<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Massad <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cftc.gov\/PressRoom\/PressReleases\/7507-17\">served<\/a> as CFTC Chair between 2014 and 2017 and now works as a Research Fellow at Georgetown law school, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.georgetown.edu\/faculty\/timothy-massad\/\">specializing<\/a> in financial regulation and fintech.<\/p>\n<h2>Inverse Cramer<\/h2>\n<p>Cramer's post was met with multiple replies making light of his words.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/crypto_rand\/status\/1641710726451453952\">Crypto Rand<\/a> said that is the signal to go long on the BNB token<span class=\"r-18u37iz\">. A 2013 CBS News <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/a-statistical-look-at-jim-cramers-skill-level\/\">article<\/a> cited several examples of his &#8220;poor ability to call stock sells.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Jokingly, the author floated the idea of launching a hedge fund called Remarc (Cramer spelled backward) to trade his opposite calls.<\/p>\n<p>Ten years later, the <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/inverse-cramer-etf-surpasses-sp-500-in-first-week-of-trading\/\">Inverse Cramer ETF<\/a> was launched in March &#8211; managing to beat the S&P500 in its first week.<\/p>\n<h2>CFTC goes after Binance<\/h2>\n<p>On March 27, the CFTC filed legal action against <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/cftc-sues-binance-over-alleged-breaking-of-trading-and-derivatives-rules\/\">Binance<\/a> over allegations of breaking commodities rules \u2014 thus operating an illegal exchange.<\/p>\n<p>The<a href=\"https:\/\/www.docdroid.net\/60YAbCz\/cftc-binance-pdf\"> 74-page complaint<\/a> detailed several charges, including helping U.S. citizens bypass blocks to accessing the platform, operating an opaque corporate structure with no physical location headquarters, and failing to prevent and detect <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">money laundering and terrorism <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">financing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.binance.com\/en\/blog\/from-cz\/czs-response-to-the-cftc-complaint-2408916493005890282\">CZ<\/a> said the company does not agree with the charges \u2014 which he put down to &#8220;<span class=\"richtext-text css-6hm6tl\" data-bn-type=\"text\"> an incomplete recitation of facts<\/span>.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CNBC host Jim Cramer said Binance is &#8220;way too sketchy&#8221; for him to use the platform.
