Coindesk reported that the seizure was carried out on the orders of law enforcement agencies.<\/p>\n<p>According to Coindesk, a Tether executive said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe are starting to receive requests from LE to temporarily freeze assets while investigation occur.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>CryptoSlate <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/tether-dollar-peg-sinks-1-7-as-ftx-induced-turmoil-persists\/\">reported<\/a> earlier that Tether's USDT had slightly lost its peg during the early trading hours of Nov. 10.
