CZ <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/cz_binance\/status\/1589329217874931712?s=20&t=iCI4y4lWPq-ZoLO9fnnm_Q\">confirmed<\/a> that these tokens were part of its holdings that it was looking to liquidate.<\/p>\n<p>Lookonchain further <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/lookonchain\/status\/1589500886052909059?s=20&t=q7XJ0-bI8YYLMMZ25-Lb8w\">revealed<\/a> that a whale address <span class=\"s4\">transferred<\/span> 491,534 FTT tokens ($10.9 million) to Binance at a loss. According to the on-chain sleuth, the whale bought the tokens on August 5 for $29.9 but would be selling at a loss, considering the tokens were trading around $23 as of press time.<\/p>\n<h2>FTT risks drastic fall<\/h2>\n<p>FTT's value is at the <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/ftx-stablecoin-reserves-plunge-as-community-fears-bankrun\/\">risk of a drastic sell-off<\/a>, considering that around 60% of its supply is currently on exchanges.<\/p>\n<p>A trading analyst\u00a0 Ali Ajouz had identified $16.5 as a support level for FTT in case there was a dump. Ajouz based his prediction on historical data, suggesting that the weighted probability value of the coin is between $22 and $24.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/FTT?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#FTT<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/FTTUSDT?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#FTTUSDT<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%24FTT&src=ctag&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">$FTT<\/a><br \/>worst case scenario based on the historical data:<br \/>The weighted probability suggests a fair price between $22 and $24. A loss of the resistance would take us to the 40th percentile of $20.2 as a support point. If FTT should lose too much value, it could affect the over $2.2 billion loans that Alameda Research obtained using FTT as collateral.<\/p>\n<h2>FTT dominates FTX holding<\/h2>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Arkham Intelligence dashboard shows that 90% of FTX's $6.3 billion treasury is in its native token, FTT.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-273199\" src=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-3-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"980\" height=\"468\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-3-1.png 980w, https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-3-1-300x143.png 300w, https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-3-1-768x367.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 980px) 100vw, 980px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>According to the dashboard, the exchange holds 245 million FTT tokens worth $5.52 billion. FTX's other crypto holdings include $68.27 million of Staked Ethereum, $37 million of Chainlink, $60.16 million of Pax Gold, etc. &#8211;the reserve does not include the firm's Bitcoin holdings.<\/p>\n<p>Its sister company, Alameda research, has a treasury reserve of $165 million. For context, Binance's treasury is over $43 billion.<\/p>\n<h2>Binance USD supply hits all-time high<\/h2>\n<p>Binance has continued to consolidate its top position in the crypto space during the bear market.
