For example, in the run-up to U.S. midterm elections, Mark Finchem, a Secretary of Arizona State nominee, said his Twitter ban was politically motivated, adding that he is running against &#8220;the criminal Soros funded candidate.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Mark Finchem, AZ secretary of state candidate, is apparently locked out of his Twitter account and is accusing Elon Musk of banning him <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/dDQ6Eerak4\">pic.twitter.com\/dDQ6Eerak4<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Sam Brodey (@sambrodey) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/sambrodey\/status\/1587194619665661952?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 31, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Others pointed out that a temporarily locked account, due to lift hours from Finchem raising the issue, is not comparable to a lifetime ban.<\/p>\n<p>The latest change at Twitter, which has raised questions about the platform's leadership structure, is the board's dissolution, making Musk the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Phil_Lewis_\/status\/1587120287962865664\">company's sole director<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Dogecoin for &#8220;super app&#8221; payments?<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CroissantEth\/status\/1587140066203369472\">@CroissantETH<\/a> posted a lengthy thread diving into the speculation surrounding coming changes.
