Buterin also corroborated this view, saying the percentage of full blocks has dropped to 10%.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">One important corollary of this is better EIP 1559 performance (because fewer blocks bump up against the 2x limit).
