He said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;If I knew this would have been public, I wouldn't have done it.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Bitboy apologized for causing his fellow YouTuber such pain.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;He is the winner, I'm the loser, and I really hope he listens to this, I'm sorry you've had to go through this&#8230;&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>He went on to request that Atozy will take off the part of the video where he was called a scammer.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold;\">&#8220;&#8230;remove the video, or at least go back and edit the wrong parts and keep it up.&#8221;<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Bitboy said this was in no way a slapstick lawsuit meant to silence Atozy from speaking up when he is wrong. He intends to stay away from any trouble with the SEC.<\/p>\n<p>According to Bitboy, he had emailed his lawyer about pulling the lawsuit shortly before going on air.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We are going to drop the lawsuit, 100%. I'm sorry it became public.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Atozy is still in defense<\/h2>\n<p>Atozy, who banked about $200,000 to support his lawsuit defense, stated that all is yet to be resolved.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">From what I\u2019ve heard Bitboy will be pulling the lawsuit. <\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m blown away from the support.<br \/>In less than 24 hours we raised roughly $200,000 USD<\/p>\n<p>Once I have the confirmation it\u2019s officially pulled.
