(@FilanLaw) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FilanLaw\/status\/1424755346409758721?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 9, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the filing, the company admitted that a \u201cdata processing mistake\u201d eventually led to a fragmentary discovery, after \u201crepeatedly contending that its Slack production was complete.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cRipple\u2019s data error and refusal to produce most documents have already been highly prejudicial to the SEC.
