We have adjusted the portfolio of Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund to now include <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%24ADA&src=ctag&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">$ADA<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Grayscale (@Grayscale) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Grayscale\/status\/1410945111597498369?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 2, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the company\u2019s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.globenewswire.com\/news-release\/2021\/07\/02\/2257158\/0\/en\/Grayscale-Digital-Large-Cap-Fund-Announces-Quarterly-Rebalancing-of-Fund.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">latest report<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Grayscale has sold certain \u201cexisting fund components\u201d\u2014other digital assets\u2014and bought ADA instead. Namely, the firm has reduced the share of Bitcoin (BTC) in its Digital Large Cap Fund from 79.8% to 67.47%. At the same time, Ethereum\u2019s (ETH) share in the fund\u2019s holdings has been increased from 17,5% to 25,39%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the introduction of Cardano, ADA now accounts for 4.26%, making it the fund\u2019s third-largest crypto holding after BTC and ETH. It is followed by the Ethereum Trust which comprises roughly $6.57 billion in ETH. In its turn, the Digital Large Cap Fund currently holds about $349 million worth of various cryptocurrencies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meanwhile, it doesn\u2019t look like Grayscale\u2019s announcement had any <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">major <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">impact on Cardano\u2019s price. At press time, ADA was trading at around $1.42, up 5.3% on the day, according to crypto metrics platform <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.coingecko.com\/en\/coins\/cardano\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CoinGecko<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notably, ADA is currently locked in a battle for the title of the fourth largest crypto with Binance Coin (BNB).
