But chief among them was his antics on stage with MicroStrategy CEO Michael Saylor, in which he repeated the words, &#8220;we're not selling,&#8221; and &#8220;f*ck Elon.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Max Keiser - Fuck Elon\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/G5Hs1sz-WBs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>This was in reaction to the Elon Musk <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/elon-musks-reputation-plummets-following-his-bitcoin-energy-attack\/\">energy-FUD<\/a>, which many believe was responsible for Bitcoin's 45% slump from its all-time high of $65,000.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;F*ck Elon&#8221; has now become something of a tagline for Bitcoin maximalism. But with tribalism responsible for toxicity in the cryptocurrency space, is the F*ck Elon Tour doing more harm than good?<\/p>\n<h2>What's the F*ck Elon Tour about?<\/h2>\n<p>Despite this week's bloodbath in the markets, as well as continuing uncertainty at the macroeconomic level, in linking tour information, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/maxkeiser\/status\/1407372602826539015\">Keiser<\/a> confidently stated that Bitcoin can reach a new all-time high in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Feeling confident <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Bitcoin?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Bitcoin<\/a> hits new ATH July 8th <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/RXvg2T2leG\">https:\/\/t.co\/RXvg2T2leG<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Max Keiser (@maxkeiser) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/maxkeiser\/status\/1407372602826539015?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 22, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/e\/fck-elon-bitcoin-maximalist-party-w-max-stacy-tickets-159165118153\">The F*ck Elon Tour<\/a> is introduced as a Bitcoin maximalist event that encourages more maximalism for the simple reason that maximalism is what &#8220;got us here.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We don\u2019t need less toxicity from Bitcoin maximalists. We need MOAR!!! A LOT MOAR!!!! Toxicity and plebs got us here.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Rather than a discussion of developments and educational content, the Tour is pitched as a party event featuring special guests. But more importantly, for Bitcoiners only with no mention of altcoins allowed, and most of all no Karens.<\/p>\n<p>Ticket prices range from $50, for &#8220;Plebs&#8221; tier, to $200, for &#8220;JIMI&#8221; tier. The cheapest tiers, &#8220;Plebs,&#8221; &#8220;Buzzcocks,&#8221; and &#8220;Casbah&#8221; are already sold out.<\/p>\n<h2>Bitcoin maximalism accused of cultism<\/h2>\n<p>Keiser has always maintained a maximalist approach towards Bitcoin. But his stunts during the Bitcoin Conference have drawn fire on several fronts.<\/p>\n<p>One such incident was an <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CoinVigilante\/status\/1368015216294965248\">interview<\/a> with CNBC Africa in which he launched into a tirade on political corruption. Although there is truth in what he said, it was his outburst and overzealous reaction to the questioning that drew condemnation.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Do you know that with the Bitcoin I have I can buy any frickin senator or congressman I want? I make the laws. He who has the Bitcoin makes the laws Ran. We\u2019re not just going to sit around and let the God damn government tell us what to do\u2026&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>However, the f*ck Elon rant is perhaps the most controversial.
