The move comes a few weeks after the company <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/grayscale-adds-5-new-investment-trusts-following-high-demand-including-chainlink-and-basic-attention-token\/\">launched<\/a> a new <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/coins\/chainlink\/\">Chainlink<\/a> trust fund, offering institutional investors exposure to the token's price movement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The world's largest digital currency asset manager said it sold &#8220;the existing Fund Components in proportion to their respective weightings&#8221; and used &#8220;the cash proceeds to purchase Chainlink (LINK) in accordance with the Fund's construction criteria.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Data from crypto analytics took Bybt shows Grayscale has raked roughly 66,000 LINK over the past week, worth more than $2 million. The firm now holds nearly 115,600 LINK, representing 0.90% of all the digital assets in its large-cap crypto fund.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_186383\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-186383\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-186383 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/bybt_chart-1024x449.png\" alt=\"Grayscale LINK Holdings by Bybt\" width=\"1024\" height=\"449\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/bybt_chart-1024x449.png 1024w, https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/bybt_chart-300x132.png 300w, https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/bybt_chart-768x337.png 768w, https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/bybt_chart.png 1368w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-186383\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Grayscale LINK Holdings by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bybt.com\/Grayscale\">Bybt<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Chainlink's market value has shot up by 20% since the beginning of the month as institutional demand picks up, slicing through the most significant resistance barriers ahead of it.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Little to No Resistance Ahead of Chainlink<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Based on on-chain analytics tool <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/companies\/intotheblock\/\">IntoTheBlock'<\/a>s Global In\/Out of the Money (GIOM) model, Chainlink seems to have built a price floor between $25.50 and $28.75.
