Another 10.9% are confident that Bitcoin is topping now\u2014which means that BTC is at its highest price point, at least for some time.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, 16.2% of users, perhaps on the more \u201cBitcoin maximalist\u201d side of the scale, said that they don\u2019t expect any corrections on the way to $200,000 because it\u2019s \u201cmoon from here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Bitcoin is trading at around $56,000, down 1.5% on the day, according to crypto metrics platform CoinGecko.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_182854\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-182854\" style=\"width: 813px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-182854\" src=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/bitcoin-price-feb-22.jpg\" alt=\"Bitcoin's price chart\" width=\"813\" height=\"510\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/bitcoin-price-feb-22.jpg 813w, https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/bitcoin-price-feb-22-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/bitcoin-price-feb-22-768x482.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 813px) 100vw, 813px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-182854\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Bitcoin's price chart. Image: CoinGecko<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>While some users replied to the poll with skepticism, noting that \u201cthe meme 80% correction may be a thing of the past,\u201d it\u2019s hard to argue his suggestion if one to look at the history of Bitcoin\u2014which is still an extremely volatile asset.<\/p>\n<p>Just recently, the coin corrected by over 30% when it dipped from $42,000 on January 8 to around $28,900 on January 22, for example.
