Председатель Комиссии по ценным бумагам и биржам США <\/strong>(КЦББ) Гэри Генслер «берет инвесторов в заложники» своим настойчивым требованием отказать в запуске биржевых продуктов (ETP) и биржевых фондов (ETF) спот-биткоинов (BTC) в США — говорится в редакционной статье Wall Street Journal<\/strong>.<\/p>

Редакционная коллегия Wall Street Journal пишет, что они «независимы от криптографии, включая биткоин», но инвесторам по-прежнему должно быть разрешено «инвестировать на свой страх и риск».<\/p>

«Криптоинвесторы в последнее время понесли большие убытки, но рынок развивается, и финансовые фирмы хотят обслуживать инвесторов, которым нравятся инновации», — пишет редакция.<\/p>

Далее в статье утверждалось, что существование спотовых биткоин-ETP и ETF может снизить волатильность и повысить ликвидность на рынке биткоинов. Вероятно, это связано с тем, что эти фонды избегают возможности взлома и потери закрытых ключей, что поможет привлечь больше институциональных инвесторов.<\/p>
