Yang a d&eacute;clar&eacute; qu&#8217;il souhaitait cr&eacute;er un cadre juridique permettant aux &#8220;entreprises et aux particuliers d&#8217;investir et d&#8217;innover dans le domaine sans craindre de modification r&eacute;glementaire&#8221;.<\/p><p>Selon Yang, les &Eacute;tats-Unis n&#8217;ont jusqu&#8217;&agrave; pr&eacute;sent pas r&eacute;ussi &agrave; r&eacute;glementer les cryptomonnaies de mani&egrave;re coh&eacute;rente. Il a &eacute;galement d&eacute;clar&eacute; qu&#8217;un &#8220;certain nombre d&#8217;agences f&eacute;d&eacute;rales revendiquent des comp&eacute;tences conflictuelles&#8221; et que des &#8220;&Eacute;tats diff&eacute;rents ont mis au point un patchwork de r&eacute;glementations diverses&#8221;. Il a expliqu&eacute; que ce statu quo faisait en sorte qu&rsquo;il &eacute;tait &ldquo;difficile pour les march&eacute;s am&eacute;ricains de la crypto d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre concurrentiel&rdquo; avec ceux de la Chine et de l&#8217;Europe.<\/p><p>Il a &eacute;galement parl&eacute; de &ldquo;syst&egrave;mes de r&eacute;glementation on&eacute;reux&rdquo;, tels que le syst&egrave;me de permis d&rsquo;exploitation BitLicense de New York, affirmant que ceux-ci ont &ldquo;eu un effet paralysant sur le march&eacute; am&eacute;ricain des actifs num&eacute;riques&rdquo;.<\/p><p>Yang dit qu&#8217;il veut faire les choses suivantes:<\/p><ul><li>Cr&eacute;er des d&eacute;finitions juridiques de termes tels que &ldquo;jeton&rdquo; et &ldquo;s&eacute;curit&eacute;&rdquo;.<\/li><li>Identifier les agences f&eacute;d&eacute;rales dot&eacute;es du pouvoir r&eacute;glementaire sur les cryptomonnaies.<\/li><li>Privil&eacute;gier les r&eacute;glementations nationales par rapport &agrave; celles cr&eacute;&eacute;es par des &Eacute;tats individuels.<\/li><\/ul><p>Yang a &eacute;galement promis de travailler &#8220;avec les promoteurs du <i>Token Taxonomy Act<\/i> et les l&eacute;gislateurs du Wyoming&#8221; afin de cr&eacute;er un cadre plus clair pour la taxation de la cryptomonnaie.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;&Eacute;tat du Wyoming a introduit au cours des derniers mois une gamme de projets de loi progressifs sur la blockchain et les crypto-devises, dans le but de dynamiser l&rsquo;activit&eacute; fintech et de cr&eacute;er un cadre fiscal crypto &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;chelle de l&rsquo;&Eacute;tat.<\/p><p>Yang est le premier candidat &agrave; la pr&eacute;sidence am&eacute;ricaine &agrave; faire une d&eacute;claration de politique claire sur la crypto-r&eacute;glementation.
