L&rsquo;ann&eacute;e derni&egrave;re, la plateforme avait d&eacute;j&agrave; <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptonews.com\/fr\/exclusives\/binance-plus-gros-exchange-monde-proposer-nouveaux-services-crypto-dubai\/\">re&ccedil;u la licence MVP<\/a>, mais celle-ci ne lui permettait pas de cibler les clients retail.<\/span><span>La licence a &eacute;t&eacute; accord&eacute; &agrave; Binance par <strong>l&rsquo;Autorit&eacute; de R&eacute;gulation des Actifs Virtuels (VARA)<\/strong> de Duba&iuml;.<\/span><\/p><blockquote><p><span>&laquo; <em>Alors que nous obtenons la prestigieuse licence VASP sur le march&eacute; complet, cela amplifie consid&eacute;rablement notre engagement in&eacute;branlable &agrave; faire progresser le paysage financier gr&acirc;ce &agrave; la conformit&eacute; et &agrave; l&#8217;innovation. Cependant, elle l&rsquo;est <strong>peut-&ecirc;tre un peu moins pour CZ<\/strong>, l&rsquo;ex-CEO de l&rsquo;entreprise. En effet, il aura fallu que celui-ci abandonne son pouvoir de vote &agrave; Dubai FZE. Il s&rsquo;agissait par ailleurs de la derni&egrave;re exigence du r&eacute;gulateur afin d&rsquo;accepter de d&eacute;livrer la licence VASP &agrave; la plateforme.<\/span><span>En 2023, Binance avait accept&eacute; de <strong>payer la somme de 4.3 milliards de dollars <\/strong>selon un accord avec la justice am&eacute;ricaine. La plateforme et son CEO &eacute;taient alors accus&eacute;s de manquement aux protocoles de lutte contre le blanchiment d&rsquo;argent. CZ avait alors plaid&eacute; coupable et avait d&eacute;missionn&eacute; dans le cadre de l&rsquo;accord en question.<\/span><span>La condamnation de l&rsquo;ex-CEO est pr&eacute;vue pour le 30 avril, et celui-ci risque <strong>jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 18 mois de prison<\/strong>. Pour Binance, c&rsquo;est une nouvelle aventure qui commence.
