September vor einem offenen Vorstandskonflikt. Eine Aktion\u00e4rsgruppe mit nahezu 10 Prozent der Anteile will gegen die Wiederwahl des gesamten Vorstands stimmen, nachdem Forward Industries im Juni 2026 ein \u00dcbernahmeangebot vorgelegt hatte. Die Auseinandersetzung dreht sich zun\u00e4chst um Unternehmensf\u00fchrung \u2013 ein direkter Eingriff in die Solana-Netzwerkfundamentaldaten ist damit nicht belegt.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SkyAI vor \u00dcbernahme- und Vorstandskonflikt<\/strong><\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forward Industries reichte im Juni 2026 ein All-Stock-\u00dcbernahmeangebot mit Aufschlag f\u00fcr SkyAI ein. Der SkyAI-Vorstand lehnte das Angebot einstimmig ab, womit der Streit jedoch nicht beigelegt war. Aktivistische Aktion\u00e4re sowie Bastion Trading und Forward Industries \u00e4u\u00dferten in der Folge Bedenken zu Related-Party-Transaktionen und riefen dazu auf, gegen amtierende Vorstandsmitglieder zu stimmen.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laut einem von The Block ver\u00f6ffentlichten Beitrag plant eine Gruppe mit knapp 10 Prozent der SkyAI-Anteile, sich vor der Hauptversammlung gegen die Wiederwahl des kompletten Vorstands zu stellen. Als Begr\u00fcndung f\u00fchrt die Gruppe geschw\u00e4chte Aktion\u00e4rsrechte, eine sogenannte Poison-Pill-Klausel sowie Related-Party-Gesch\u00e4fte an. \u00c4hnliche Governance-Fragen rund um Kontrollstrukturen und strategische Ausrichtung tauchen auch bei anderen Krypto-Projekten auf, wie zuletzt die <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptonews.com\/de\/news\/xrp-price-analysis-21shares-ripple-governance-bitcoin-hyper\/\">Diskussion um Organisationsstrukturen im Ripple-Umfeld<\/a> zeigte.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Solana-Treasury macht den Konflikt relevant<\/strong><\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Streit w\u00e4re ein gew\u00f6hnlicher Vorstandskonflikt, w\u00fcrde SkyAI nicht eine der gr\u00f6\u00dften b\u00f6rsennotierten Solana-Positionen halten. Das Unternehmen verwaltet rund 2,08 Millionen SOL im Wert von etwa 207 Millionen US-Dollar. Davon sind circa 1,49 Millionen SOL liquide, w\u00e4hrend rund 509.650 SOL gesperrt sind und gestaffelt bis 2028 freigegeben werden sollen.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnung macht SkyAI zu einem der bedeutendsten Corporate-Holder im Solana-\u00d6kosystem. Genau deshalb hat der Governance-Streit eine Reichweite, die \u00fcber die eigentliche Aktion\u00e4rsstruktur hinausgeht \u2013 die Treasury-Position ist Teil des \u00f6ffentlich sichtbaren Angebotsdrucks auf SOL.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aktion\u00e4rsdruck und offene Governance-Fragen<\/strong><\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die knapp 10 Prozent haltende Aktion\u00e4rsgruppe hat ihre Ablehnung \u00f6ffentlich gemacht, bevor der Vorstand am 18. September zur Wiederwahl steht. Konkret richtet sich der Widerstand gegen die gesamte amtierende F\u00fchrungsriege, nicht nur gegen einzelne Direktoren. Als Kernvorw\u00fcrfe stehen geschw\u00e4chte Aktion\u00e4rsrechte, die Einf\u00fchrung der Poison-Pill-Regelung ohne vorherige Aktion\u00e4rsabstimmung sowie Related-Party-Transaktionen im Raum.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie stark solche F\u00fchrungskonflikte auf die strategische Ausrichtung eines Treasury-Unternehmens durchschlagen k\u00f6nnen, zeigte zuletzt auch der <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptonews.com\/de\/news\/stablecoinx-ceo-jensen\/\">F\u00fchrungswechsel bei einem anderen Krypto-Treasury-Unternehmen<\/a>. Bis zur Hauptversammlung bleibt offen, ob der Vorstand die Mehrheit der Stimmen beh\u00e4lt oder ob sich die Opposition durchsetzt.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Was der Konflikt f\u00fcr SOL bedeuten k\u00f6nnte<\/strong><\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach eigener Einordnung ver\u00e4ndert der Governance-Streit die Solana-Netzwerkfundamentaldaten nicht direkt. Anhaltender Druck auf einen so gro\u00dfen Corporate-Holder k\u00f6nnte jedoch das Marktvertrauen und die Nachfrage nach Solana-Treasury-Unternehmen belasten, sollte sich die Auseinandersetzung weiter zuspitzen.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Charttechnisch hat SOL seit Mitte Mai nahe 60 US-Dollar Unterst\u00fctzung gefunden, ein Golden Cross zeichnet sich ab. Setzt sich die Erholung fort, gilt laut der zitierten Analyse die Mitte eines fallenden Keils nahe 130 US-Dollar als m\u00f6gliches Ziel.
