Joyce Lai

Joyce Lai is a lawyer, builder and entrepreneur. She is the founder of the Real Mamas community, a global network of senior women in tech who are mothers. She is also the founder of New Territories Studio, a product studio and consultancy building toward a more self-sovereign future. Joyce co-founded the Fordham Law Blockchain Regulatory Symposium, an invite-only annual gathering of senior crypto legal leaders. Previously, Joyce was an attorney at ConsenSys and a private funds attorney at Seward & Kissel.
