{"id":8088,"date":"2022-07-14T14:19:10","date_gmt":"2022-07-14T14:19:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02a62e13100026b6"},"modified":"2025-10-01T12:23:28","modified_gmt":"2025-10-01T17:23:28","slug":"cleanspark-purchases-over-1000-bitcoin-mining-rigs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bitcoinmagazine.com\/business\/cleanspark-purchases-over-1000-bitcoin-mining-rigs","title":{"rendered":"Sustainable Bitcoin Miner CleanSpark Purchases Over 1,000 Mining Rigs"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"bsf_rt_marker\"><\/div><ul>\n<li>CleanSpark has purchased over 1,061 Whatminers adding 93 PH\/s to its mining capacity. <\/li>\n<li>Last month the company purchased an additional 1,800 Antminer S19 XP units.<\/li>\n<li>Over the past six months\u2019 CleanSpark has increased its mining capacity by 47% and BTC production by 50%. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sustainable bitcoin mining company CleanSpark Incorporated (Nasdaq: CLSK) just added 93 petahashes per second (PH\/s) of computing power to its mining capacity through a recent acquisition, in a press release sent to Bitcoin Magazine. <\/p>\n<p>CleanSpark purchased 1,061 Whatsminer M30S machines which are currently operating in Coinmint\u2019s renewable-powered co-location facility. This purchase marks CleanSpark\u2019s second large miner acquisition within the month.
