Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šSupport the full trade lifecycle including booking, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation of digital asset transactions. šMonitor positions, balances, and exposures to ensure data integrity and operational accuracy. šIdentify and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and margin issues efficiently. šCollaborate with Trading, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams to maintain smooth daily operations. šOversee cash and collateral movements across exchanges and custodians. šProduce and interpret operational and risk reports to support decision-making and trading efficiency. šAssist with process documentation, workflow automation, and control improvement initiatives. šBuild knowledge of crypto exchange infrastructure, DeFi protocols, and market structure.
About You
šBachelorās or Masterās degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. šDemonstrated interest in cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, or trading systems. šStrong analytical and numerical ability; able to work confidently with data. šProficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python, SQL, or similar analytical tools is an advantage. šExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks. šClear communicator, comfortable working with cross-functional global teams. šFlexible and willing to adjust to the needs of a global trading environment, including weekend coverage when required. šCurious, proactive, and eager to learn about the intersection of finance and technology.
