Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Take shared ownership of trading P&L and actively manage market‑making and hedging operations, ensuring competitive pricing, tight spreads and consistent execution quality 📍Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to optimise pricing, hedging and execution through data, analytics and market insight 📍Dynamically monitor and adjust trading parameters to manage inventory, risk and exposure efficiently 📍Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and engineers to refine algorithms, decision logic and system performance Analyse trading performance and propose technical or quantitative enhancements that continuously improve results
Who you are
📍Minimum 2 years of experience in trading, market‑making or liquidity provision - preferably within digital assets or electronic markets 📍Strong understanding of order book dynamics and market microstructure 📍Solid analytical and quantitative skills; you think in probabilities and make data‑driven decisions quickly and confidently 📍Passionate about financial markets and crypto, with the curiosity to continuously explore new products and opportunities 📍Able to perform under pressure and make clear, fast decisions in dynamic or volatile environments
