Key Responsibilities

📍Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support. 📍Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements. 📍Coordinate testing activities across multiple projects and teams. 📍Identify and track defects, working with developers to resolve issues. 📍Perform regression testing to ensure that new features do not introduce new defects. 📍Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. 📍Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality. 📍Collaborate with product managers and developers to define acceptance criteria. 📍Monitor and report on testing progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders. 📍Ensure that testing processes are aligned with industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

📍Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 📍7-10 years of experience in software testing.Proven experience in leading and managing a team of test engineers. 📍Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques. 📍Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG. 📍Proficiency in writing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. 📍Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 📍Experience with Agile development methodologies. 📍Familiarity with defect tracking systems such as Jira or Bugzilla.
