What You'll Do
📍Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance across multiple roles & engineering specializations 📍Partner with engineering and leadership to deeply understand technical needs, team context, and success profiles 📍Source and engage passive engineering candidates through creative outreach strategies 📍Run structured, high-signal interview processes that balance speed with quality 📍Maintain strong candidate experience and clear, timely communication throughout the process 📍Use data to track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve outcomes 📍Close candidates in competitive situations, often against well-funded competitors

📍4+ years of experience recruiting engineers in fast-growing tech companies 📍Proven success hiring for difficult, competitive, or highly technical roles 📍Strong sourcing chops. You enjoy the hunt and don’t wait for inbound 📍High technical curiosity.
