DUTIES:

📍Help define the future technical strategy for our front-end team 📍Evolve our current architecture to allow us to deliver a highly performant trading experience for our users 📍Collaborate with backend and protocol engineers to build features that integrate seamlessly with a decentralized blockchain 📍Work together with multi-functional teams to develop the best overall product

REQUIREMENTS:

📍Previously been in a technical leadership role driving work for large groups of engineers (10+) 📍Experience delivering complex front-end products start to finish, for example migrating multiple products onto a new technology stack 📍A track record of mentoring junior and senior engineers 📍A passion for working with users, great user experience, and working with blockchains 📍Attention to detail, especially around performance, reliability and security
