Responsibilities:

📍Lead the design, development, and deployment of new features for your product team’s systems 📍Research and integrate new blockchain technologies, concepts, and solutions 📍Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of our systems 📍Work with your team’s Engineering Manager to drive a team culture focused on Operational Excellence 📍Maintain the high quality of your team’s code through code reviews 📍Grow the capabilities of the team by mentoring junior engineers to level-up their technical and engineering skills 📍Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the crypto and blockchain space

Minimum Qualifications:

📍Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 📍8+ years of experience in software development with languages such as: Java, C++ or Scala 📍Proven track record of developing and maintaining large-scale, distributed systems 📍Experience with agile development methodologies and a commitment to following best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability 📍Excellent communication and teamwork abilities 📍Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure 📍Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture
