Job Summary
The opportunity
šUnderstand and balance business objectives, client needs, insights and technical constraints to create meaningful and impactful designs. šIdentify pain points, gaps, opportunities for improvementsāthen pro-actively drive change. šWork closely with Product, Engineering, Support and other stakeholders, taking designs from exploration and prototyping to production. šHarness data to drive and support strategy and design decisions. šStay up to date with developments among competitors and in the wider DeFi, TradFi and design fields.
Skills you should HODL
š7+ years of proven experience delivering end-to-end product design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile app work. šStrong UX and visual design skills, with the ability to take on challenging problems and deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions. šAdvanced skills in prototyping and validating concepts, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively. šComfortable taking ownership of high impact features or projects while collaborating closely with peers and cross-functional partners. šCurious, open-minded, eager to learn from feedback and iterate on designs.
