What you will do

📍Drive development and implementation of internal tools and processes to improve operational efficiency, in partnership with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance and others 📍Previous experience utilizing scrum methodologies to quickly and successfully develop agent-facing and customer-facing tools from 0 to 1(internal tools, CRM, Contact Center), scaling complex operational challenges 📍Develop, implement, and iterate on program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs to achieve goals with well defined success measurements 📍Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases 📍Create clear and concise written proposals, communications and documentation, effectively communicating with leadership and other teams 📍Leverage data and acquired knowledge to drive strategic decisions across senior leadership 📍Ability to analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements 📍Work effectively with cross-functional teams, following established processes and contributing to team goals., being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner 📍Build partnerships and, design feedback loops, to deliver cross-functional initiatives
