Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL DO
šProvide cross departmental/enterprise IT systems support, application support, and advise end users šInventory management, user hardware and software release, remote onboarding/off-boarding šManage the administration of key systems and applications šMaintain infrastructure and cloud operations for SaaS products šMaintain documentation for applications, processes, and procedures šProvision, manage, monitor SaaS platforms šWork with the Director of IT to research, test, evaluate, and make recommendations about new technologies and support any implementation of new products
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
š8+ years of overall IT experience š3+ years of startup experience šEnterprise level web/SaaS applications šStrong security knowledge (SSO, SAML, SCIM) and ability to keep up with evolving security technologies šApple products, Google Suite, SaaS and cloud-based support and administration experience šAbility to work in a hybrid environment in NYC preferred, but not required šUnderstanding of Cyber Security and standards šVery strong communication and organizational skills šNice to have: programming, Github knowledge, Network Administration (switches, WAPs, firewalls) šOkta certifications šPrior knowledge of Jamf and Jira Service Desk
