Job Summary

šServe as the Regulatory Legal teamās project coordinator on complex license applications and major international structuring work, including M&A transactions šPlay a key role in implementing company-wide strategy within a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape in the crypto industry šCoordinate closely as part of cross-functional working groups with members from the product, geo expansion, finance, legal, compliance, and strategy teams šWork with major financial services regulators on cutting-edge regulatory issues šPartner with colleagues across the Legal function to ensure seamless delivery of advice and project execution to support major regulatory initiatives
Skills You Should HODL
šUK or EU based legal or compliance professional with a regulatory background š8+ years of relevant experience applying financial regulations (including e-money and crypto regulations), whether in-house or at a regulator šDetailed knowledge of one or more regulatory frameworks in relation to crypto (current and proposed) e.g. UK, MiCA and MIFID šMindset that is team-oriented, proactive and entrepreneurial: an opportunity-making person who uses the law to increase the companyās optionality, not decrease it
