Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDefine and lead QA strategy and best practices across web and mobile products šDesign and maintain robust test plans and test cases for new features and regression coverage šLead execution of manual and automated testing across platforms and releases šOwn defect lifecycle management, from discovery to resolution, using tools such as Jira šCollaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure quality is built into every release šSupport testing of critical fintech features including wallet integration, payments, KYC, and Solana blockchain-based transactions šValidate release builds and hotfixes, including edge cases and production scenarios šMonitor and improve test coverage, performance, and release stability metrics šMentor and support junior QA testers or external contributors šLead post-release reviews and recommend improvements for future cycles
Qualifications
š4+ years of hands-on QA experience, with at least 2 years in a fintech, blockchain, or regulated environment šDeep understanding of testing practices across web and mobile platforms šProficiency with QA and dev tools: Jira, Postman, TestRail, BrowserStack, Firebase, etc. šExperience with or exposure to automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Playwright) šStrong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies šExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skills šHigh attention to detail, especially in customer-facing financial products šStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a remote team
