Required Qualifications

📍5+ years of frontend development experience with demonstrable impact and ownership. 📍Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and the broader modern frontend ecosystem. 📍Proven experience architecting and scaling complex frontend systems across multiple domains or products. 📍Strong grasp of performance optimization techniques, state management strategies, and responsive design principles. 📍Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring mid-level and junior engineers. 📍Strong DevOps mindset—familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring tools, error tracking, and automated testing. 📍Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments and navigating trade-offs in a fast-paced, evolving space. 📍Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of cross-functional alignment. 📍Familiarity with blockchain technologies or strong motivation to gain expertise in the domain.

Preferred Qualifications

📍Experience with Web3 development: wallet integrations, dApp UX, or smart contract UIs. 📍Exposure to protocol staking mechanics, validator flows, or DeFi primitives. 📍Familiarity with SSR frameworks (e.g., Next.js), GraphQL, or modern API paradigms. 📍Understanding of containerized and cloud-native frontend deployment patterns. 📍Passion for UX craft and accessibility; ability to partner effectively with UI/UX designers.
