Job Summary
You should have a strong background in backend systems, infrastructure, and security, with deep understanding of DeFi protocols and smart contract architectures. You will guide the team on design, scalability, and security best practices while remaining directly involved in the codebase and core technical problem-solving.
š8+ years of professional software engineering experience. šProven leadership experience managing or mentoring engineering teams. šDeep understanding of DeFi protocols, liquidity provision, AMMs, and market microstructure. šStrong background in backend systems, infrastructure, and security. šProficiency in Rust and Solidity, with experience developing and deploying smart contracts. šStrong understanding of private-key management, wallet infrastructure, and security best practices. šExperience working with SQL databases, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud providers (GCP, AWS). šExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. šStrong curiosity about DeFi and willingness to stay on the frontier of on-chain innovation. šJoin a fully remote team with headquarters based in Zug, Switzerland. šSupported by world-class investors including Uniswap Labs, Robot Ventures, Accel, and LongHash Ventures. šCompetitive salary + performance-based compensation.
