Job Summary
Responsibilities and duties
📍1. Sponsorship Sales & Business Development 📍Identify, approach, and secure new sponsorship opportunities across sports, entertainment, and lifestyle properties. 📍Develop tailored partnership proposals that align brand objectives with property assets. 📍Lead end-to-end sales processes — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and contract closure. 2. Relationship Management 📍Build and maintain long-term relationships with brand decision-makers 📍Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their marketing goals and translating them into sponsorship strategies. 3. Market & Industry Insight 📍Research market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the sponsorship landscape. 📍Collaborate with the strategy and activation teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and renewal opportunities. 4. Reporting & Revenue Growth 📍Maintain accurate pipeline reports, forecasts, and CRM updates. 📍Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
📍6-10 years of proven experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or brand collaborations (agency or rights-holder side). 📍Strong network of marketing and brand contacts across multiple sectors. 📍Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. 📍Strategic thinker with the ability to craft creative sponsorship solutions. 📍Results-driven, resilient, and self-motivated with a track record of meeting revenue goals. 📍Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 📍Knowledge of sponsorship valuation, activation, and ROI measurement.
